  • The item I would like to buy has sold out. Will you have it again?
    At "do Amor." we try to be as exclusive as possible, we dont restock too often. However we give you the possiblity to choose the model you want and customize it with the patterns available.
  • I saw an item in your social media, when will it be available for purchase?"
    The release dates of our collections will always be announced in our social media and website. Stay tuned.
  • I would like to know if an item is still available.
    You can check the availability of every item in our online store. For more information, contact us at doamor.vestuario@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
  • Is it possible to purchase tops and bottoms of different swimsuits?
    Our standard orders only allows picking pieces of the same model and size. However, customized orders give the customer the possibility to mix diferent models, patterns and sizes in the same purchase. ( note that the price of customized orders increase by 20% ).
  • Can I backorder an item or make a reservation?
    We accept backorders as a customized purchase , however it is not possible to reserve items.
  • My order as not arrived yet. How can I track it?
    Once your package has been shipped we will notify you by email. Tracking information will be sent later by email or sms, with which you can follow your order (always check your SPAM inbox). All orders are sent by registered mail service.
  • Where can I buy “do Amor.” swimwear?
    In Portugal you can only find our products in the phisical stores mentioned in our website. If you find our products in other stores, “do Amor.” does not take any responsability, for that is an illegal act without our consent. The best way to purchase “do Amor.” items is through our website or social media.
  • Can I change my address or invoice information after I placed my order?
    After we have confirmed your order, you can change your delivery address or invoice data for the next 24h. Contact us at doamor.vestuario@gmail.com specifing the correct information and the order number
  • Is it possible to have delays in shipping my order?
    “do Amor.” items are handmade in Portugal, so when new collections are launched, the high volume of orders may result in a few delays. Thank you for your understanding. For more information contact us at doamor.vestuario@gmail.com specifing your order number.

    All our swimwear go throught a strict quality control, however the pattern disposition may vary due to the use of different parts of the fabric, making our swimsuits unique pieces.
